Agents pay $0.01 per call over x402. The USDC lands in the contract and is split across every share in the same Monad block.

No invoices. No payout runs. No one holding the money. Just a call.

Five things happen between an agent asking for a price and a holder getting paid, and each one below runs on the live contract.

Splitting one cent on every call only works where blocks are fast and a distribution costs a fraction of that cent.

    Race one payout.

One paid call lands. How long until the holders can see their share of it?

    What a payout costs.

One sync() distribution costs about $0.0004 whatever the call price. Move the price and see how much of each call it takes, if every call gets its own sync().

of each call goes to gas

At $0.01 per call, distribution costs under 5%.

Monad figures from docs.monad.xyz: blocks visible in about 300 ms, final at about 600 ms; gas at the 100 MON-gwei minimum base fee, which can rise under load. The 12-second chain is the Ethereum row of the same docs comparison.

    Why a chain, not Stripe.

The chain is the cap table and the escrow, not the payment rail.

The payer is a machine.Agents and scripts pay per call with one signature. No account, no API key, no card on file. They cannot open a Stripe account, and they do not need one.

The payee is the contract. With Stripe the operator receives the money and promises to pay out. Here payTo is the share contract itself, so the payment lands in the contract that pays the holders, and no operator holds it in between.

The claim is a bearer token. In this demo the claim is a plain ERC-20 with 1-cent granularity that moves to any wallet. Connect splits are custodial, revocable and jurisdiction-gated.

Testnet proof of concept. Not an offer of securities.

I'm looking for five paid APIs or MCP tools to pilot Mavera with, free. Mainnet starts with two modes that sell nothing: split every payment with the people who build or feed your API, or rebate the agents that pay you.
